Cancellation policy
If you choose to enroll in any of our "Subscribe & Save", continuity programs, or recurring purchase options, you acknowledge and agree that your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis according to the frequency you selected at checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
1. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION You have full control over your recurring orders. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal (accessible via the link in your initial order confirmation email) or by sending a formal cancellation request to our support team at info@elaebotanicals.com.
2. THE 48-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW To prevent your next scheduled order from being processed and shipped, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. 3. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES Our fulfillment centers operate with automated systems to ensure fast dispatch. If you fail to cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the billing date, or if the recurring charge has already been processed, that specific order cannot be cancelled, stopped, or refunded. The order will be shipped to you as scheduled.
If you wish to return the product from a late cancellation, you must wait for the item to be delivered and follow the strict procedures outlined in our standard Refund and Return Policy (which requires returning the unopened item to our international facilities at your own expense). Cancelling a subscription only prevents future charges; it does not retroactively refund orders that have already been processed.
