SECTION 2 - ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, our fulfillment system is entirely automated and directly linked to our global distribution centers in Asia.

Therefore, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 60 minutes of the purchase time. Once 60 minutes have passed, the order is automatically pushed to our international warehouses for immediate processing and picking. At this stage, the order is categorized as "In Process" and cannot be intercepted, stopped, or cancelled under any circumstances. If you wish to return the product after the 60-minute window, you must wait for it to arrive and follow our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORTATION Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses and global distribution centers located in Asia to offer you the best possible pricing. By purchasing from Elae Botanicals, you acknowledge that you are acting as the Importer of Record for the goods into the United States.

You agree that Elae Botanicals is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional fees imposed by US Customs and Border Protection or local postal services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming.
